HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

We offer free UK shipping on all orders over £60. All orders under £60 will have a delivery fee of £4.50 for all domestic UK orders. Shipping fees to the EU are £5 for all orders. Shipping fees to the rest of the world are £10.

 

WHEN WILL MY SIB SILK ORDER ARRIVE?

Orders are dispatched from our facility in the UK. All domestic orders are shipped the next day offering a 2-3 day delivery. Orders into the EU will take approximately 5-7 days to arrive. All orders to the rest of the world will take approximately 7-10 days.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

An email confirmation with tracking details will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched.

WHICH COURIERS DO YOU USE?

For international orders, SIB silk uses UPS or DHL.

 

 

Restricted Deliveries: 

Some international routes are currently suspended, and many routes have lower flight frequencies. This may cause longer transit times. Deliveries to and from overseas also depend on overseas postal and delivery services. Restrictions, operating constraints and labour shortages are causing delays in some countries, see a list of disruptions here:
