Our Return Policy

 

We truly hope you fall in love with your new silk pillowcase — because we’ve poured a lot of love into creating it for you.

That said, we understand sometimes things don’t work out. If your pillowcase is still unopened, unused, and in its original sealed hygiene packaging, we’re happy to offer a return within 14 days of delivery.

Because our products are used so close to your skin and hair, and for hygiene reasons, we’re unable to accept returns on opened or used items. We hope you understand this policy is in place to ensure every customer receives a brand-new, untouched product.
